Bitterly cold day at Thruxton

It was cold again and very windy but as it was dry it didn't dampen the enthusiasm Steve and Stuart had for their car. This was the first time it was seen in livery and both were pleased with it's looks from the CBT logos on the bonnet to the Dunlop under the rear wing. It even has the the race number of 77 on the roof so people in the grandstands can distingush it from the N-GT car of the Jones brothers.

Thruxton is not a Stuart favorite for testing as it is very fast but even he was pleased with the way the car handled around the track. "It was lovely to do more than 10 laps without something breaking", Steve commented remembering the Golfs unreliablity last year.

Stuart and Steve are off to Portugal next weekend for testing where hopefully the weather will be a little warmer.
