Scott & Wood At Team Eurotech Again in 2005

 

Stuart Scott and Steve Wood have confirmed their plans to continue in the British GT Championship, with their Porsche 911 GT3 prepared by Mike Jordan's Team Eurotech again.

"We didn't even think of looking around - there's no one else we'd rather have prepare the car," commented Steve Wood. "It makes a lot of sense to race in the same car, in the same series, run by the same team."

The pair is now targeting podium finishes in 2005.

"A podium result for Stuart and Steve would be great this season, and it is certainly possible," commented Mike Jordan.

Team Eurotech has now completed its three-car British GT squad, with the Scott / Wood GT3 car joining 911GT3-RSRs for Jordan / Michael Caine and David Jones / Godfrey Jones. All three cars are due to start testing shortly, ahead of the championship opener at Donington Park on April 2-3.

The GT3 Porsche has yet to be returned to the team though, after its adventures in (and return from) Bahrain.
