From A Jaguar To A Wolf

Next weekend’s Britcar 24 hours will see Stuart Scott’s usual drive, the Apex Motorsport Jaguar XKR GT3 left in the workshop as Stuart Scott deserts the delights of its supercharged V8 for the temptation offered by a turbocharged 1.9 turbodiesel aboard the tiny VW Lupo of Saxon Motorsport.

 

The Cambridge Business Travel boss will share the Lupo with VW specialist Michael Neuhoff, Travis drummer Neil Primrose and Historic racer Marcus Mahy.

 

Whilst perhaps not the most glamourous of packages the little VW is capable of a full 3 hours between refuelling stops and a podium finish is the target.
